“Yoga is the control of the thought-waves of the mind”

“Then man abides in his own true nature”.
Yoga helps us understand our inner strengths and empowers us to find balance, serenity and calmness amidst any stressful situation in our daily life.
The practice of Hatha Yoga sort of awakens the intelligence of our body first and then gently guides us from understanding the gross, physical aspects of life towards grasping the more subtle realities that lie beyond.
By definition Hatha Yoga is a “Sarvanga Sadhana”, a balanced practice in which all parts of the body are exercised. Our classes are small and thus we are able to continuously guide the students in terms of
appropriate and safe Asana variations at each stage of their practice.
Once the foundation is set, students are encouraged to start their own home practice as well.
