Asana Practice


Hatha Yoga is a “Sarvanga Sadhana”, a balanced practice in which all parts are equally exercised. At Yoga 2 Self we believe that this “Balance” is really of the essence in each Asana, in each class sequence and in our practice as a whole. Eventually, our lifestyle too will start becoming a reflection of that balance, on the physical as well as the mental plane.
